How do I create a free Morgan O'Driscoll account?
Creating a free Morgan O’Driscoll account is simple and will allow you to: participate in Online auctions, access complete upcoming auction catalogues, send messages directly to the Morgan O’Driscoll Team and receive email alerts for upcoming auctions.
To register with Morgan O’Driscoll, just follow these steps:- Click the Register link at the top of the page
- Enter your personal information on the registration page, ensuring you supply a correct telephone number and your complete address, including post code / zip code / eircode. This will ensure that when you win at auction, we have the correct address to send your items to you, avoiding lengthy delays whilst trying to contact you
- Create your username and password, confirm your password
- Answer the Human Verification Question, a simple sum
- Tick the box confirming you have read both the Online Terms and Conditions and the Business Terms and Conditions
- Click Register.

How do I log in?
At the top of each page on the website it will say Register / Login. Click on the Login button, enter your username and password. When you are logged in it will say Welcome (Your Name) at the top of the page.
If it says Welcome Guest, you are not logged into your account. If it does say Welcome Guest, simply click on the Login button just to the right of Welcome Guest and Register. Use your username and password to Login. -
How do I update my name and address?
You can update the personal information in your Morgan O’Driscoll account by following the steps below:
- Login to your Morgan O’Driscoll account using your username and password
- Click on the My Account link
- Navigate to My Account > Your Profile
- Make any necessary updates and click Save Changes

How do I change my password?
You can change the password for your Morgan O’Driscoll account by following the steps below:
- Login to your Morgan O'Driscoll Account with your username and current password
- Click on the My Account link
- Navigate to My Account > Your Profile
- Enter your new password then click Save Changes

I forgot my sign in information. What should I do?
If you already have a Morgan O’Driscoll account and are having trouble signing in, please follow the steps below:
- Click the Login link in the upper right of www.morganodriscoll.com
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- If Morgan O’Driscoll has an account that corresponds to that email address, you will receive an email with further instructions

How do I update my billing and credit card information?
Your Billing information is the same as your current address, this can be updated in your Morgan O’Driscoll account by following the steps below:
- Login to your Morgan O’Driscoll account using your username and password
- Click on the My Account link
- Navigate to Your Profile, make any changes and click Save Changes
Credit Card information is not stored, for your security and peace of mind, new credit card numbers can simply be entered at time of payment. -
If I update my information after registering or placing a bid, will the auction house get my latest information?
Information that you’ve updated in your account will be provided to all Departments within Morgan O’Driscoll immediately.

How do I notify you of a different delivery address?
If after having won at auction, you ask us to ship your items to you. Simply inform us by email info@morganodriscoll.com of any new delivery address, this address will be entered into the system and used for all deliveries until such a time as you advise us otherwise.
If there is no separate delivery address supplied, all items will be shipped to the home / billing address supplied in your account, upon payment of all fees, including the delivery charge.
